fried the gasket on my BGE 2 weekends past, checked with my dealer and they still carry the felt variety, so I sent Bruce at BGE an email about replacing it with the Nomex gasket.....it arrived yesterday, 4 days after my email...now that's service

Well, actually that's just normal service. Great service would be if he overnighted it for you and got it there the next day at 8 AM.
