Ok..My first Pork Butt

This is a small boneless shoulder. Its just my wife and I so i didnt want massive amounts of leftovers I was fairly satisfied with the cook. Might have left in in just a tad too long but otherwise very tasty. 250 dome with 200 internal temp.

Looks great! Don't be afraid of pulled pork leftovers-if you don't have a "foodsaver" get one. Put meal sized portions of pulled in the freezer. Often use the "left overs" to season pinto beans, used in pizza toppings, and with hominy.

In addition to freezing leftovers for future meals I vac bag and freeze some for the kids when they come home as they always want some to take with them. -
No way that is overdone - looks perfect. The bark is a dead giveaway.
