YB, looks like a fun day at the dealer. Ummmmmm, I'd like to try one of your bacon wraped watermellon rind teasers on a toothpick... :woohoo:
-
Thanks Clay we did have a good time.I always cook a few of the bacon wrapped pickled watermelon rinds at Eggtoberfest.I will save you a couple in Atlanta.I love the table you made for the mini egg.

Would be fun to cook with you and learn a few tricks. Heck, we could be upstarts and shake things up a bit in Atlanta....I'm thinking apple wood smoked pig candy wrapped watermelon rind teasers on a toothpick....
 Sorry, I'm still in a Florida groove... -
Larry looks like you had a terrific time....I could take the WHOLE green round table home with me... :woohoo:

yo, Clay...let me save you a 3,000 mile trip! One of my entrees at the Peoria Eggfest on June 5th will be YB's pickled watermelon rinds. Two jars worth of them flew off my plate last year!Re-gasketing America one yard at a time.
