Lookin good my friend...where did you find tri tip in this area???? I have never found any.
-
They all look good. Patience is hard when the food already smells so good.

Thank you for that info. I will have to try that.Dave San Jose, CA The Duke of Loney

I picked it up at trader joes in Annapolis. My local butcher can get tri tips too but They have to be bought by the case. Care to go in on a case? I don't know the price or how many come in a case but I can find out.
-
Don't I know it! I had patience, and appetizers, for the second round and they came out much better.
-
No problem.
-
Thanks Tony.
-
Might be interested depending on how many are in a case...
-
I'll find out and let you know hopefully tomorrow. You too busy for a phone call right now? I got a question?
-
Wess,
Not sure if you'll have the same luck down that way, but it's also pretty hard to find tri-tip in the Boston area. I came across some at Costco a couple of weeks ago. I went back for more last weekend, but they didn't have any. Seems like something they stock intermittently, so if you catch them on a good day, you may be able to score some.

No...you can call

I'll ask the meat cutter at our costco and see if they have some stashed in the back..Thanks for the tip..
-
Good looking grub. Methinks I'm gonna have to get me some spares after seeing how yours turned out.
-
Thanks, they were very good. Somewhere in between "competition done" and fall off the bone.
