The class schedule for the Egg School at the 2010 Oklahoma Eggfest has been finalized!
11:00 AM - Predilection for Pork Tenderloins taught by MollyShark
11:45 AM - Big Green Egg 101
1:00 PM - Staking Your Claim to Great Steaks taught by Banjo Barry
1:45 PM - Don't Be Lookin' Like a Fool With Your Ribs on the Ground taught by Car Wash Mike
All four should be fun and informative for Eggers of all levels. Just show up at the Egg School Tent at the scheduled time and you will learn!
Also, if you have not reserved a room at the LaQuinta and plan to, give them a call ASAP. There are only a couple of rooms left. This is the hotel to stay at since it is practically next door to the fest. Call 405-755-7000 and tell them you are with the Oklahoma Eggfest Group. Rooms have been set aside for Friday, April 16th and Saturday, April 17th.
