Inspired by the SS eggfest,the great presentation by Little Chef and the prodding of my wife to make her some Spatchcock chicken, I fired up the egg last night and took some pictures. I definitely need a spider rig as my wok didn't get as hot as I would have liked.

I had to wait a couple of days for an image to be approved but it was the weekend.
