with Chipotle Mayonaisse dressing.
Like a lot of others, I had sort of grown tired of the texture of pork tenderloins, so hadn't done one in a while. However, I saw a recipe for sandwiches and thought it sounded good. It was.

That's a tasty looking sandwich..Perfectly cooked!Love the Chipotle mayo
-
Nope. Chipotle Mayo. TI would be tasty, though.
-
Thanks, Man. It has a nice kick to it.
-
Ya know, I bet my fish taco sauce would be good on a pork sandwich, have to give it a try. -RP

Mike you have got to stop that or give equal photos to low cal and non-salted items. That looks to good and I have a d**n apple and trip to Subway for lunch in the works.Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

You can bet on it. One of the recipes I looked at called for cilantro in it, but I was out of it. :(

That's what you get for sleeping with a Nutritionist.:woohoo:

Now I just decided that fish tacos are on the menu tonight. -RP

Pork tenderloin is already pretty lean. Use salt-free DP rub, and replace the chipotle mayo with a chipotle-yogurt sauce, and you're in business! Cheaper, healthier and I guarandamntee you tastier than Subgood-imean-Subway.

looks good to me. was at a place yesterday that served nantucket ruebens. fried haddock, coleslaw, swiss, and thousand islands on rye, couldnt resist  was thinking of your dishes with all the thousand islandsfukahwee maineyou can lead a fish to water but you can not make him drink it
-
Ben do you make your own chipotle-yogurt sauce or is it in the store?Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

that looks great !
@ which temp have ya cooked it ? -
Never had it. Just figured if chiptole mayo was out, yogurt could be a good substitute. Most yogurt is make with low-fat milk, as whole milk yogurt tends to be runny.
-
Ben you may have just come up with a very good idea. Will work on that this weekend.Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

nice to be thought of.

About 300 give or take then tried to do a sear at the end.
-
I thought the RR would be great with the chipotle. It was.
Good weekend to you, Buddy! -
Just trying to keep up with you.

Looks great L.R. I love a good sandwhich.

Love it, love it. You can't beat a great sandwich. That last pic looks like a professional food shot. Smooshed tater tots look great too, and very appetizing.
FaithHappily egging on my original large BGE since 1996... now the owner of 5 eggs. Call me crazy, everyone else does!

Thanks, Darlin' Those are Tater Rounds. I like them better than Tots because they are 1/2 the size and crisp up real nicely in a skillet with very little oil in about 1/2 the time. One flip and you have taken care of both sides, whereas you have to kind of roll the tots around the skillet. It's the little things in life that make me happy.

Mikey!! that looks good - I shouldn't look at the forum just before lunch
-
EGGCELENT IDEA! Looks delicious.
-
Good to see those tots back in the pictures.
