New to forum first post!

I purchased my large egg in November & have enjoyed some great tasting food & having a lot of fun cooking in the egg!I've been enjoying reading all the great posts on this forum & have found the advice invaluable.
My 9 month grandson (Andrew) thought he needed to help PA put the new egg together as you can see he really got into it!! If this post works correctly I will soon post some of my cooks. Thanks to all who share their eggsperiences!

To one newbie to another....Welcome!!! I'm going to try some rids this coming weekend. Not sure the method I'm going to use yet. Might have to buy some type of rack to be able to cook more. My kids are pigs!!!! I will try and post some pics if I know how to.
