Hello everyone,
I have been using a Big Green Egg for several years but had never heard of this forum until this morning when I was web searcing for information on the steel bands.
I found what I was looking for and also some of the incredible pictures some of you all provide.
I use my Big Green Egg mostly for smoking and grilling. I would never have thought about bread or pizza.

Welcome! Some great stuff here. I cooked on an egg for many years before I found this forum. Really opens your eyes to what is possible

You could calibrate bubble levels on our heads. :P
and as I understand, you could walk right under'em -
Onerous troll. Wazzamatta you? Too chickie to use your handle. Notice I didn't comment on your spelling. I have a new favourite dwarf anyway.

  the bubbleometer, I guess we do tip the scales on that puppy, and yes, I could walk under'm, but steven might lose a pile of hair tryin
and yea, spelling is a problem when you troll, but I'll be back later as my usual self, with something (hopefully) new, got some biness (yea, that means business) to take care of for a few hours, and who could possibly replace cabanna boy as your favorite little person -

Unfortunately "French fried potaters" is not one of the BGE's strongest features, although it is possible to prepare. I'm sure we can expand your horizons by just a little bit. Welcome and get a camera and share in the fun. Congrats on your first post.

The head honcho from AES always does french fries on the Egg at our PNW Eggfest. He has a big pot of oil going and plops them in there. It always scares the bejeesus out of me with all that hot oil!
