While I was searching for fish-on-the-Egg videos for the post below, I ran across this one that I had forgotten all about.
A little history first. Bente first posted about using flour tortillas to make pizzas, and since I'm both curious and lazy I tried it. Darned if wasn't pretty good. And all I did was use a bunch of stuff in the frig that needed using. I suppose with some 'pizza-ingredient-planning' it could have been Eggscellent.

-
You're welcome.
Spring ""Good Music Makes Good Pizza's Better" Chicken -
Cinematographer huh! Then you will appreciate the fact that it was a Flip camera, and I was holding it while assembling the pizza, and that I may have been a bit into the rum 'n cokes LOL...
I'm betting you never did that, at least and got away with it LOL
And I'm definitely not a Cinematographer.

You're welcome. Tortillas are good for a lot of things besides just being a tortilla.

That would certainly be the cause, See you at Eggs by the Bay

I use flour tortilla's for pizza's often, albeit usually in the oven for a quick lunch for my young daughter or a late night munchie for some guy who resembles me and tends to drink on the weekends.
-
I have done this and they are pretty good and very easy. Leroy, you did a great job on the video and I loved the music.
Thanks A Lot, -
Hummmmm! Except for the oven for a quick lunch for my young daughter or a late night munchie for some guy who resembles me, I match that discription.
Spring "I Look A Lot Like Me" Chicken -
Thanks. It is pretty good if you're just wanting to 'eat' instead of 'dine.'
Would you believe I do my own music? Well I do, I download it, overlay it to the video and adjust the volume. I have to do it that way because of an accident about five generations before I was born.
Spring "One Musical Note And It's Broken" Chicken -
Looks great. It would go well with Tortilla Cobbler for dessert. Tortillas make fine pastry dough.
Good video and great timing on the music.__________________________________________Dripping Springs, Texas.Just west of Austintatious -
Me thinks dumplins for chicken 'n dumplins too. But you know how hard it is to find tortillas in the Houston area....
As for the music on the videos, I'm trying...

La pizza sembra grande LeRoy! Siete così di talento.
-
Thanks, but 'talented' I'm not. Most of what I cook is done with a "?" as to how it may turn out and a "!" when it turns out good.

I really like pita bread as a pizza base, if I just want a snack I can eat in 5 minutes.Egging on two larges + 36" Blackstone griddle
-
Like Pizza-In-A-Sack? Hummmmmm? Let me guess...
Just slit open one side, insert ingredients, pinch shut, shake vigorously, lay flat, bake for eight minutes on a hot pizza stone, and eat like a Moon Pie. Cool... I like it! You're so smart.
Spring "Shooken Vigorously" Chicken -
i used to do those in the toaster, not my toaster, moms toaster back in the old days  she used to get so cranked up  then i taught dad how to make them :laugh:fukahwee maineyou can lead a fish to water but you can not make him drink it
-
Like Father, like Son. Your Mom didn't have a chance. LOL
Spring "Mom's Can't Be Boys Too" Chicken -
no, just put the toppings on top of it not inside.Egging on two larges + 36" Blackstone griddle
-
Cool... That's easy. Even I can do that, probably without coaching LOL.
Thanks for the tip.
Spring "Life Doesn't Always Have To Be Hard" Chicken -
Loved it...loved it....loved it.yesssssssss loved it Leroy!!!! You've just solved my lack of pizza pies & surplus of tortillas...
