Steak/Bacon/Onion & a Meat Grinder #2

No luck when I posted this earlier today...thought I'd see if the night crowd has any suggestions.
I believe I saw a year or two ago on the forum that someone had made hamburgers by putting steak, bacon and an onion through a meat grinder.
I'd like to do this but was curious as to the proportion of each ingredient.
Also, what kind of steak is best? I'd assume something fatty is needed to hold it all together.
Thanks for any help!
John
