Options
Any suggestions for a good brisket recipe, I tried Elder Ward's rub last time on a nonmarinated brisket and it was excellent. Any other suggestions?

Try shooting one up with Cajun Creole Garlic Butter injectable marinade. I bought the marinade at Winn Dixie BTW.
