today havin some afternoon treats.
smoked stuffed olives 2 ways. one jalpeno stuffed and wrapped in prosciuto. and dusted with a lil wee willys. other green smoked and then stuffed with sharp chedar. sundried tomatoes for pizza later tonite. oh and stuffed apples with pineapple dp and berries.. apples are still on the egg and having pizza later mmmmmm nice sunday

I have been wanting to smoke some olives for about 3 weeks now. Weather don't want me to. So How long do you smoke them and at what temp. Also, do you wash off the brine.

smoked olives about 1-2 hours started at 200 went up to about 235. did not wash the olives. they seem ready when i see a lil bit of what appears to be dried salt on the outsides of some of the olives. i pull them of and thestuff them with cheddar while still hot. the jalepnos were already stuffed i arapped them in proscuito. thes i kept on a lil longer and raised the temp at the end to get crispy proscuito
