Pot luck lunch at work, and everyone is on me to bring in a few baby back racks....but don't know how to re-heat them and not ruin them

I have had good luck with starting them foiled at 350 for 30 or so minutes and then unfoiled to firm them up a bit.

Assuming you have an oven at work. And assuming you use a sauce. Just sauce them up, foil them and re-heat. That should be fine.

8 oz Apple juice with foil. You will be fine.

if i'm cooking ribs to reheat, I foil with brown sugar, honey and a squirt of sauce and cook foild for about an hour, then i chill them in the foil.
I reheat, remove from foil, and spritz with apple juice. No one ever knows they are reheated. -
will try...thanks for the advice
