Trying the salmon recipe on the video section on the mothership website. Just want to verify and maybe get some opinions...
450 direct heat with cedar planks for 15-17mins.
Also trying the green beans that they show.
Any advice or comments....Thanks.

Pull at 137 deg in the thickest part otherwise it will be dry.
