Looking good Steve. ;) After I get these rib's mastered maybe I wok on the Asian. he he  Tim
  • Hoss,

Pretty easy and even easier on the egg. The sear part is done with the dome open, close the dome and everything is done.

You missed nothing, My Friend. Lately I've become a 59 year old Volleyball Dad. Seems like all I do is drive with my hair (very little) on fire from one practice or game to another. What was Danny Glover's line in the Lethal Weapon series? :woohoo: I'm there. Nice looking dinner, Buddy!

Looks great Steve. Yea I've been saying it but fixing to order a wok! Calling for 70% snow Thurs. and Thurs. night. You really need to keep that stuff up in the great white North. Arkansas people dont do well diving in ice fishing holes like ya'll do! ;)
  • Looks fantastic Steve, and a nice presentation. At first, I thought it was sitting on a flour tortilla.

I've had no luck finding Asian chiles, but every store down here has dried Mexican Arbol chiles, which are as hot as Thai and work well.
