On the Egg @ 400* for a roast of 120* internal
Turned @ 80*
Seared@ 120* internal
Grilled some Romaine
Served with stuffed potatoes, cheese bread, and cheese cake that my wife Jackie made
My brother Cal, his wife Carol my sister Nell and BL Chuck, and Jackie. It was a wonderful meal with my family
