Has it been a year already?

One year ago today I became an Egghead. I've likely done 150-175 cooks on it. Fed not only my family but half the town off it at times. I've been to an Eggfest. Organized one too. One thing I didn't know that would come with a BGE is all the friends and advice you get with it. It's nice when you buy a product and it actually lives up to it's name..."world's best smoker and grill." Meeting so many new people and making friends is truly a bonus. If year 2 is anything like year 1, I eggspect a lot more fun!

Thanks for your help and support. So much accomplished in so little time. However, I got a long way to go to catch upto the likes of folks like you. Example...Minnesota Frozen Fest. Not for me. I'm not into Eggin out on a frozen lake somewhere. Are you still going to that thing? You must have it bad for BGEs.

LOL it is a good thing that all you get as a side benefit of the Egg like the forum, fest and new friends can not have a value put on it!! we could never afford them!!

Tim, its hard.to believe a year has gone by. You've accomplished a lot in a short time. To go from a newbie to organizing an eggfest is amazing. Its great having you on the forum. I hope to meet you someday.
