We usually get Ribeye's, but these strips were on sale, and looked pretty good. They were ! Just a little DP Cowlick.

Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers. -

Nice sear marks. I guess I am going to have to invest in a CI grate if I really want to impress. You just can't get the same look with SS or porcelain.

Since getting my CI grid, the only thing I use the original one for is a raised grid. I really like the CI.

Fire was about 650. 45 seconds-turn. 45 seconds-flip. 45 seconds-turn. 45 seconds take off to rest. Nice Medium Rare.
