Stir Fry Rice - no leftovers tonight!

We tried Gary's (Village Idiot) stir fried shrimp recipe, except I upsized it a bit and used a leftover pork chop instead of shrimp.

Total time from getting home to eating was an hour.

Easy and tasty. My 11 year old added it to her birthday list (food to cook on her birthday) - means she loved it. Everyone had seconds or thirds.

Thanks for the recipe - very easy, tasty meal.

Bash just substituted pork chop for the shrimp.
