Just bought my large BGE yesterday !
Cooked chicken for the first time at about 390 degrees
might have left on the grill just a little to long,sure did have a real good smoky flavor.Cooked squash,zucchini
and potatoes onions together on half moon rack pan,they were great!

Congrats on the purchase! One thing I would recommend is be sure to wait with putting your food in until the coals are burning clean. That is when you don't see any of the white smoke coming out. -RP

Congratulations and welcome to the forum.
Make sure you calibrate your dome thermometer and cook your food to done temperature - rather than time.

I will have to read up on calibrating the temp gauge,seems like a scanned over a post on that.
