Everything looks great Hoss. Those tatters in particular caught my eye. I love tatters, I could make a whole meal of tatters. I had to give them up years ago, they raise heck with my diabetes. :(

Daymmit! I hate you can't have taters!Those were just roasted fingerlings with EVOO,S&P.TASTEE!I think they were the best part of the meal.
