Summer Sunday!!!!!!!!

OK, so my family is struggling with the piles of snow and the freezing cold, so sometime in the middle of the week we decided to declare this weekend Summer!
Well yesterday was hijacked by a 4 yr old who had a disappointing birthday, so we stepped in to make it better. But today? Today was Summer Sunday!
Steaks, corn on the cob, shorts, margaritaville shirts, margaritas, and crocs (I tried to Egg in my flip flops, but just couldn't handle it)!
We will do this again, and come up with other ideas to make it even better. It was fun to get away from January, if only in our minds! :blink:

My thinkin' didn't melt any dang snow! Its still all there with more to come tomorrow, but its been fun.

PS when I took the picture that thought crossed my mind, but I couldn't do it in my flip flops...a fact that I had to pay $5 for. Beanie bet me I couldn't handle it! Just another reason to kick myself! :silly: -
