I seem to remember injecting a pork shoulder years ago, but I can't remember if it was worth it or not. I guess I would mix some DP with 7 parts apple juice and 1 part cider vinegar. Anyone have an opinion on injecting pulled pork?
Thanks,
Ed

tried it when first got Egg, the difference was so small I've never done it again. Always did it with my regular smoker to keep it moist... Egg does that for me!Kent Madison MS

I have a strict "don't ask / don't tell" injection policy.
Actually, the only thing I do inject is pork shoulder with a blend of apple juice, karo syrup, worsterschire sauce, and lemon juice. -
You from the creek bank over in Ohatchee, AL?

Allen....my grandmother and mother are from Ohatchee. I used to love going there as a kid and just kind of took on the handle. I live in Daphne.....how about you?
