Sunshine State Eggfest Question?

I am trying to decide what I will be cooking at the fest.I understand there will be close to 500 eggheads in attendance. It would help to know how many cooks are registered and the number and sizes of eggs that will be available to cook on. Thanks for any imput.

There might be a list of cooks at the website.

Kinda makes you wonder when nobody wants to give an answer here. IMHO they are going to have a disaster with allowing 500 attendees. I feels there will be long lines for food and not enough food for the masses.

I'm not organizing the fest, just the local tour guide. He was instructed to get in touch with Tim or Mike as they have all the info. I'm Pat who the hell are you.
