Mine's been hard as a rock since I woke up.
I'll take it out of the freezer soon. Wings for the ProBowl tonight. I wish I had gone to get the brisket I am craving right now. -
For what it is worth---
I go to the fourth down IMG CODE highlight it and do Control "C" then go to the forum and do a Control "V" -
do i click the img button on the egg forum page then click it again after the immage code??

In photobucket click img code it will highlight and then do control "C" go over to the forum and places the cursor where you want the pic Do Control "V" leave a line or two above and below the pic as they will jumble the test between different pics.

We will slice into ours around 12 N. I put a 10.8 lb. whole brisket on at 11 AM yesterday with an average temp of 220*F. I pulled it when the probe in the flat read 190*F (with probe inserted off-center favoring the flat side) around 7:30 AM today. I injected it using Thirdeye's recipe and foiled it around 8 AM today.
It's a good thing the wait is only 90 minutes at this point. And I put some bacon on a pizza screen since the Egg was still warm after removing the brisket. And that stopped me from diving into the brisket too early!
