I am looking for a wire cooker that I can clamp a piece of salmon or any fish in that will fit inside a medium egg, most that I find have a handle that will not go into the egg can anyone help?

You could always cut the handles off.
I use a small pizza screen from a restaurant supply store.

I did modify one but it is not very satisfactory,I guess I never thought about the pizza thing, thanks

i dont have a link, but what your after is a rotisserie grill rackfukahwee maineyou can lead a fish to water but you can not make him drink it
