Make LC's Pork Roulade last night to share with friends. About a 3 lb loin. Came out great, and my best "tie" job to date :) Plated with home made applesauce and steamed asparagus. B)

    I have done this several times, and I don't think that I have used the same ingredients twice, sometimes I change an ingredient or I forget to use one... regardless it always comes out great. Don't be afraid to experiment.
