Serious Question about Cookies

Kids asked to make cookies on the Egg tomorrow (well, they wanted too just now) - should I use parchment paper or just the stone? I'm thinking parchment due to the oil in the cookies.

Morning Jim:
I usually use a round Air-Bake pizza pan...If you're using the Egg as an oven, then use the same things you would use in an oven. Set up indirect (I use the Adjustable Rig with a pizza stone as the barrier, then the pan on the top rig). HERE is a link to some we did recentlyHave a GREAT day!

You can do them either way. I've done them direct on the stone with no problems. Parchment won't hurt either.

i like the idea of prefacing posts with "serious question". so much stuff lately is totally OT, that i've assumed it was all "OT".
rather than trying to get folks who post OT stuff to preface it with "OT", maybe we can get the three people a day who ask serious questions to preface their posts with "Serious Question"
just a thought.
