Any suggestions? I had a large packer cut brisket that I forgot to put on last night. Remembered at around mid night, too late for that so we rushed to the store this am and about all that looked decent was the boneless beef ribs...[p]So, as embarassing as it is for a Texan to ask...How do I cook 'em??

dan c, "Boneless Beef Country Style Ribs" are nothing more than a boneless chuck roast cut into strips and packaged side by side. Cook them low and slow. Marinating over night would be nice, but under the circumstances, rub with olive oil and your favorite seasonings. Cook indirect at 250° for approx five hours, or until tender. Foiling for the last two hours wouldn't hurt them any. Sauce if you want, but I prefer sauce at the table.
