I made some baby back spares ribs for the guys here on Sunday and I didn't think they were good but they all said they were the best they ever had had. There was a lot left over because I did a rack for each guy there were four of us. Anyway I scraped off the black burned stuff and got some meat from the left over ribs and added it to some spagetti sauce. It was great. I didn't make it on the egg but it was great for lunch.

Mom promised she would try to get a pork butt from where she works. They make pulled pork in a slow cooker. I will try it on the egg. Her boss will let her bring home anything she wants. They get along great.

I will do it Saturday.
