ARTISAN BREAD MASTER DEMO CLASS
Featuring WARREN PRINCE AND THE BIG GREEN EGG!

SATURDAY JAN 23 RD WE ARE PLEASED TO WELCOME WARREN PRINCE (AKA "UNCONUNDRUM") FOR AN ARTISAN BREAD MASTER DEMO CLASS! Warren will demonstrate the baking methods he uses to bake his fabulous artisan breads. He'll bake some beautiful and tasty artisan loaves in real time on the Big Green Egg Smoker/Grill. You'll get to sample these great breads and focaccia so come hungry for fresh bread! Some of the breads made will include Challah, Wild rice & onion, and multi-grain and multi-seed types. (Pictured below from Warren's web site)

Warren will discuss all phases of Artisan bread baking on the Big Green Egg (or your home oven for that matter), as well as dough mixing, fermentation, flour types, pre-ferments, sourdough, etc. etc. etc. He has a huge amount of information to show us and discuss....everybody there will learn a ton about baking bread and focaccia. We will also show you how to best set up the Big Green Egg for bread using our latest steam injection methods and answer any questions relating the the operation of the Big Green Egg.

Warren has donated his services so this Master Demo Class is ABSOLUTELY FREE .....but MANDATORY THAT YOU LET US KNOW YOU ARE COMING! So if there's any time you want to visit Shillington, Pennsylvania in the middle of winter, this is the time!

  • oh man, i'm sorry i'm gonna have to miss this. ..but for anyone who can make it you should. . .warren's breads are as good as they get, and he knows his way around an egg, and bread dough, that for sure!!
  • for those of you that do not know.. warren is an amazing baker and i have been fortunate to have had his foccocia, pizza, donuts, coffee cake and more. he is a wealth of knowledge and experience. if you want to cook bread on your egg you want to be there.

  • Man I would love to come to that but there seems to be some issues with my request for an advance against my future winnings from the Texas Lottery Commission.

    Just as well, the Shillington airport is probably too small for the plane I would purchase for the trip anyway.

    Are you going to video the class like some of your others? If so, that would be a good thing.

    SIDE NOTE: I GUESS TYPING IN ALL CAPS MAKES THE SUBJECT AND POST MORE IMPORTANT.

    MAKING A VIDEO OF THIS CLASS IS IMPORTANT SURE WISH I COULD ATTEND.

    Wow wish I could make that, but alas, I doubt I will make it across the country.

    As mentioned before, video would be great.

    On the topic...steam injection in the BGE, very curious to find out more, anyone ever experimented with that?
