First Boston Butt

I am going to try my first butt tomorrow it is 7lbs.. Here is my plan.
3:00 am get egg started
3:30 put on butt
250 deg.
plate setter drip pan on plate setter
Rub butt with Dizzy Dust
put butt directly on grate.
Cook until internal is 130 deg.
Take off and double wrap with foil and cook until internal it 160 deg.

Any other suggestions?
