Do you put any spacers tween the PS and DO? Sometimes things can scorch.

yes, my dutch oven has the short " feet" on bottom, probably have one inch space, i have turned down the heat to 275. i thought 325 was too high.

Those camp style units are good for that. I use the little green feet with my flat bottom one.

not bad, but, in wife opinion and i agree. too much smoke , i probably overdid the hickory chips, overall, not bad , but next time, i will ease off on the chips. but as they say, you live and learn,
