Egg is pretty damn clean, gaskets(like someone said would happen) are toast. The adhesive is melted and the lid sticks a little when I open it. Been going for an hour and a half, one side of the PS is clean as can be.....I took it out to let the lid get some good direct heat, now it is clean also....so I added the PS back, this time legs down.

So, what gaskets do you guys recommend I replace these with?

I second the rutland recomendation. I smoked the gasket on my Mini and have been very happy with the Rutland. When I torch the gasket on the Large, I plan to use a Rutland on it as well.

Nothing. IMHO, gaskets are to the Eggs what appendices are to humans. I haven't had a functioning gasket on mine in three years, and I haven't missed it a bit.

Many folks here have operated for years without gaskets. I don't know if it was my assembly of the egg (my dealer didn't assemble mine), or if it is some variances in the edges of my dome and egg, but smoked leaked out of my egg without a gasket.

I replaced with the Nomex gasket, the hardest part was cleaning my egg. I've been happy with it, but the Rutland has my curiosity peaked.
