This evening my girl friend is at friends and my daughter is at her mom's so I decided to make something. Got a AAA Grade prime rib.
Seasoned it with Barbarian Steak Seasoning and cooked at about 250 using cherry for smoke. Then put on the cast iron grate and reversed seared.
Kinda a cool pic.
Then made some veggies and some rice while steak rested.
Ooops forgot the beer
As was expected.
