Giant shrimp stuffed with crabmeat

These shrimp were 6 per lb. I butterflied them and placed a crabmeat stuffing on the flat part of the shrimp and curled the tail over:

What size is the CI? Looks like the handle is cut off.Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers. -

Fishlessman - I mixed lump crab with some mayo, chopped onion, parsley, garlic powder, V-8 juice, parmesan cheese and some panko bread crumbs.
Mickey - it is an oblong cast iron fajita pan with no handle - got it at Restaurant Depot. It fits perfectly on the mini. This might be a better picture of it -
