Egg dedication

Hello to all,
last week I got my large egg. Today I did the dedication.
We had -4 F today. Perfect for a first hard test, for a low & slow job
got 2 Babybacks, seasoned with Hog Waller, way to go:
added the plate setter and a pan:
here ya see the vent setting for 230 F:

That is one sweet looking cook. The egg does really well in sub-zero temp cooks and there is nothing like barbecued ribs to help take the sting away from old man winter.
