Just buy a spiral ham at your local grocer or Warehouse club, the kind you bake yourself. They normally come with a glaze base that you make. You can jazz that up even more with some brandy or bourbon and a little brown sugar. They are incredible on the Egg.
  • Egret has a very popular recipe for Maple-Bourbon Ham.

I haven't tried it yet but it looks fantastic.

  • What Gator said, We did Egrets Maple Burbon ham this past Easter, it was great and very easy. Enjoy. :)

what i did last time and im going to do again christmas. buy a fully cook ham score ham and inject with maple syrup. i put whole cloves on ham, about 10-12 put ham on egg and cook at 250 until ham reaches 140 and pull off. about 1/2 hour before ham is done i put a pineapple brown sugar glaze on. very easy and good. hope this helps.
  • This might seem complex but it really isn't, and it is fantastic too.
