Cooking about 20 lbs of butt for our office Christmas Party...unfortunately I had a family emergency last night and did not get to start cooking until about 10:00. The largest butt has an internal temp of 167...the smallest in 185.

how much time you got, if a couple hours wrap in foil and bring the temps way up, 350/400, if not you will be slicing the porkfukahwee maineyou can lead a fish to water but you can not make him drink it

What temp is the dome? How long have you got until serving? Are you pulling the meat or chopping it?Billy

The smallest should be fine. For the bigger, as above, wrap in foil w. some apple juice, and boost to 350 dome. Some of the meat at the bottom of the packet may get carmellized, and sort of tough, but all the rest will be pretty good.

Pull the small one and wrap in in foil, throw it in a cooler. Get dome up to 350-400 wrap others in foil back on egg for another hour, or till internal 185-190. Take those off and let cool while your'e pulling the small one. Should have enough time to pull the others before party. If not, fix a drink, calm yourself and show up late! :woohoo: Good luck!
