Some kind of spice (sometimes as simple as just cayenne, sometimes spice mixtures), and brown sugar.
Cook the bacon most of the way. Add spices and brown sugar and cook until the sugar has melted and the bacon is crispy. -
Baked with brown sugar and something spicy like cayenne pepper. -RP

I hate to mention another name but if you put "PIGCANDY"in Bing and search. the first one to come up has the recipe for Pig candy from the virtual weber bullett---even though I wouldn't have a weber the recipe works.

I agree that it is pretty good for recipes. There are also some videos on there that are good for beginners such as cutting St. Louis ribs and tying a roast.
Overall, I much prefer this site because there is more information and responses are a lot faster. I have to say that I am impressed with the egghead community. This is one of the reasons I am sold on getting a BGE or two.
