How's that pig candy work again? indirect, PH, temp? then cool it and cut into chunks.? -
350 indirect,brown sugar and Swamp Venom on this batch,bout 45 mins turning after 20,resprinklin other side.Cool n serve.

That's amazing Hoss, great job and a mountain of work. My mother was famous for her Christmas cookies and when she got to old I would make them for her. LOL, Billions of them. It would take a week of serious work to get them all done but the fun giving them away was worth it.
