I see they are shrinking nicely. They seem just about to enter the plateau. You may not have much to report for many hours, other than "holding steady at 163...163...163..." After that, when they actually begin to rise steadily again, it is actually kind of exciting.

Great looking cook and a wonderful view!! Nice job on the pork. I love vac sealing the leftovers for a quick meal some time down the road.
