Made my own pizza dough tonight. From Zippy's slide show recipe. Not bad at all, though I still need to work on it. I finally nailed the sauce/cheese part though. Been workin' at that for way too long. Anyway, here ya go...
I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

Take that Pizza Hut!!! :evil: Looks like you nailed it. I'll take yours anyday. Been wanting to make another pizza myself. Only problem with mine is store bought doe. Wife is not a baker and since I got the Egg for one reason or other never have got a real mixer. Maybe I'll give wife one for Christmass!!

Having just seen his fine demo and recipe, I hesitate to comment on the quality of his "granite". I'll just say that it doesn't appear to be the quality of Nigerian granite, like I have.
