A little "chili" today...

Morning All:

EggHatter has been bugging me for some chili lately, so we decided to make use of some of that leftover turkey and make a white chili.

First up, the onions have been browned and the spices added...

Next comes some chicken broth & white beans, it is so nice to have the counter and outlet so I can just bring the canopener outside...

Oh yeah, two cans of diced green chile's to kick it up a notch...

After everything comes to a boil, in goes the turkey and cheese...

It still needs to simmer for a couple hours, but smells good so far!

    Good lookin stuff Jay..I did some brunswick stew this weekend myself..threw in corn, lima beans, okra, turkey, leftover pulled beef, beer, hot sauce, peas, kitchen sink...great for this time of year! :silly:
