We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month! Made a Haul at Fred\'s

I stopped in at Fred's (Shillington, PA) to buy some Ozark Oak lump and came away with 6 bags of lump, but I also added a jar of Big Bob Gibson's White Sauce (I know I can make it, but figured this would get me over the hump to try it), a quart of Blues Hog BBQ Sauce, and some of Fred's, Savory Poultry seasoning.

I almost forgot -- I also bought two bags of Napoli Caputo Flour for poizza dough, so I think I know what I am cooking tomorrow.

Best of all he was making cinnamon rolls and cookies today and I not only got some GREAT, hot rolls, but got some great conversation and tips as well.
