Made a Haul at Fred\'s

I stopped in at Fred's (Shillington, PA) to buy some Ozark Oak lump and came away with 6 bags of lump, but I also added a jar of Big Bob Gibson's White Sauce (I know I can make it, but figured this would get me over the hump to try it), a quart of Blues Hog BBQ Sauce, and some of Fred's, Savory Poultry seasoning.

I almost forgot -- I also bought two bags of Napoli Caputo Flour for poizza dough, so I think I know what I am cooking tomorrow.

Best of all he was making cinnamon rolls and cookies today and I not only got some GREAT, hot rolls, but got some great conversation and tips as well.

I really wanted to go but the weather kept me at home. Fred puts on some good cooking demonstrations and I loe his store. Sounds like you made a good haul.

you can't go wrong there!!!!. ..i like fred's chicken rubs. ..next time try his 'mello yello'. .. i like it a lot on chicken. ..and his new turkey rub was a big hit in my house on thanksgiving .... not only on the turkey, but also in the stuffing and in the gravy as a seasoning!!. ..

so fred did good with his demos today huh?? good for him ....
