They turned out very well.
Had some early issues with temp control. I guess I just need more practice. -
Warning:
Never Never open a message with pictures of ribs at 9:15 in the morning.
I'll be pining for ribs all day. -
Gotta agree with NotabuttDave...too long to wait until lunch now! Congrats on your firt round. The good news is that they will only get better. :woohoo: The bad news is that you'll never be able to eat ribs from a restaurant again!

I'm quickly learning that cooking on the egg changes your taste for restaurant foods.
I can't imagine eating ribs at Applebees ever again.

Looks real good. If that's only your first try :ohmy:Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

I have to say that having the forum as a resource has made the learning curve much flatter.
Still many experiments ahead but it's fun to interact with great folks about this new addiction of mine. -
