    I've got my own term for when I pull off a steak looking like that......Bull'Freakinyahhhhhhhhh!!!

    Almost regretting the turkey on my BGE now....knowing I have Ribeyes and Delmonicos in the freezer.

    Rich, Those look sooooo good.

    Can you elaborate on your string technique? I'm assuming you trimmed them and the string holds them together? Looks like a burger cooking on the grill.
