it was very good and the gravy was awesome only thing i cooked to 180 in the thigh and it looked just a tad underdone in a couple places but it tasted great Juciest breast ive ever made for turkey

    Judging by looks alone, I would guess yours is undercooked. I have only three turkeys to my credit but when I cook them to 180 in the thights they look like this. Have you calibrated your probe?
